The Five Dirty Secrets that you didn’t know about Fried Food!

 

Do you like to eat fried food? I know a lot of people do. But did you know that fried food is bad for your health? It can even cause serious diseases like cancer. Not many people are aware of how bad fried food can really be. I’ll tell you five secrets that you may not know about fried food!
1. Everyone knows oil is needed in making fried food and that many restaurants will reuse their cooking oil. However, once the oil is used for some period of time, it oxidizes and hydrolyzes. Also, the color of the oil darkens, and that can put you at risk of getting cancer!
2. If you fry carbohydrates like potatoes or bread, they will release “acrylamide,” which will cause some cells to produce pathological change. This, too, can put you at risk of getting cancer!
3. Eating a lot of fried and high protein foods can cause respiratory tract allergies!
4. Fried food has a lot of fat. If you eat too much fried food, the cholesterol and fat in your blood will build up in your arteries and clog them, which may likely cause a heart attack!
5. Fried food has a lot of oil, which makes your stomach’s digestion more difficult, because having oil on the outside is like wearing clothes, and your stomach needs to take off the oil clothes before digesting it.
In conclusion, fried food is bad for our health We shouldn’t eat too much fried food because it can cause respiratory tract allergies, heart disease and even cancer. Maybe next time you go out to eat, you will think twice about eating fried food!
