The USA Leader Program has as its foundation the three concepts of urbanity, sagacity and ardency, combined with an overall vision of natural learning in a caring environment. Through this program of academic and social learning, children are encouraged to be self-motivated learners, and caring and responsible members of the school and world communities.

Through our guidance, children learn to develop independent living skills and acquire manners and social skills that will enable them to interact successfully with peers and adults in both Western and Chinese cultures. Children are supported in becoming responsible for their behavior through our nurturing environment based on positive reinforcement and mutual respect.

Learning-by-doing, child-centered activities that allow self-expression and creativity facilitate the physical, intellectual and social/emotional development of each child. Our commitment is to provide a variety of stimulating and enriching educational experiences. We believe that each child has their own strengths, and it is our job to develop them to their fullest potential.

Our curriculum is designed to encourage children to pursue their curiosity and desire to learn. For the young child, learning is exciting; our teachers actively encourage experimentation and the development of new skills without the fear of failure. In this supportive learning environment, children develop confidence and self-esteem.
