Learning from Failure

This summer, I am going to graduate. A new journey is waiting for me with all the challenges one must face in life. When it comes to the future, we are ignorant. We can not predict good or bad, but I know I will not give up on anything, and nothing will be too difficult for me. I believe, as long as I face any issue with a brave heart, I can overcome it.
During my three years of junior high school I have had many failures, but these difficulties helped me to learn a lot. When I encountered difficulties before, I would usually quit, and therefore would not be successful. In fact, doing that would only make it easier for someone to give up in the future. Now, whenever I have a difficult time, I tell myself I must be strong and there is nothing that I can’t do. If I never give up, success will be mine. This self-confidence makes me strong. For example, if I didn’t do well on a test, I would feel sad when I got the test paper back. However, I tried to figure out what I didn’t do well on the test. Once I had that knowledge, then it became mine. So on the next test, I could do much better. Sometimes, on my way through life, I will fall but I’ll get up with a cheerful heart. I know I can walk well.
Nobody is perfect, and everyone makes mistakes. We shouldn’t focus on our failures rather it’s more important to stand up after failure. As the saying goes, “Failure is the mother of success”. If a person's growth process has been smooth, never experiencing any painful failure, then their biggest failure will be waiting for them. In life, there will be many challenges waiting for us. We cannot be weak or afraid. We must have confidence that we will succeed. Also, when we have such experiences, and we conquer them, we are better prepared to help others who may be going through similar problems.
Many people cannot withstand the blow of failure or when things are not going well. We should not be discouraged if we encounter setbacks. Failure is not a shameful thing. Any failed experiences will accumulate, so we should accept the challenge and learn not to repeat any mistakes of the past. The road to success is always waiting in front of us.

Life is short. We need to treasure every chance that comes to us. Have you ever noticed that a rainbow always seems to come after a rainy day Don’t pay attention to the dark clouds but look at the beauty of the sun above the dark clouds. The sun is always there, and that will never change.
