What is your motivation for applying for this position?
What do you consider to be the most important things in the schooling of Early Childhood aged children (3-6 years)?
Two children are fighting at the top of a slide to come down, and one resorts to hitting the other, making the second child cry. What would you say and do?
Your children are not listening to your class and talking to each other. How would you assess the situation and what would you do?
